Latham & Watkins Advises Bregal Unternehmerkapital Funds on Sale of Majority Stake in ACTICO Group

Private equity team advises leading investor in the DACH region in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised funds managed by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU) on the sale of a majority stake in ACTICO Group. The BU funds have been the majority shareholder since March 2021, and will, alongside the management team of ACTICO Group, remain involved via a minority reinvestment.

Latham & Watkins regularly advises BU funds, including on the acquisition of ACTICO Group.

The Latham team was led by Frankfurt private equity partner Oliver Felsenstein, with partners Susanne Decker and Sebastian Pauls, and associates Dominik Waldvogel and Dominique Brieger.
