Latham Advises Main Capital Partners on Acquisition of Trace One

Paris team represents the leading enterprise software investor on the transaction.
Latham & Watkins has advised Main Capital Partners (Main), a leading enterprise software investor, on the acquisition of Trace One, a SaaS provider in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and compliance software, from its previous principal owner, STG Partners.
This transaction marks Main’s inaugural platform investment in France, following the recent opening of its Paris office in February 2025.
The Latham team was led by Paris corporate partner Alexander Crosthwaite, with associates Aymeric Derrien-Akagawa and Alexandra Rodrigues. Advice was also provided on finance matters by partner Lionel Dechmann, with associates Virginie Terzic and Natacha Enoh.
