Latham & Watkins Advises Carlyle Global Credit on Strategic Long-Term Investment in Lynx S.p.A.

Latham & Watkins has advised Carlyle Global Credit in executing a landmark strategic long-term investment in Lynx S.p.A., an Italian company specialized in the design and implementation of digital solutions, through the subscription of a senior secured bond and preferred equity instruments. In the context of the transaction, the holding company of Matteo and Federico Moretti, respectively CEO and General Manager of Lynx S.p.A., acquired the shares held by FSI SGR Spa on behalf of the "FSI I" fund.

The Latham team was led by Alessia De Coppi and Giovanni Spedicato, together with Marcello Bragliani and Stefano Sciolla, with Nicholas Luraghi, Andrea Carvelli, and Pasquale Spiezio. The firm also advised on regulatory matters with a team led by Cesare Milani, with Edoardo Cassinelli and Irene Terenghi.
