Latham & Watkins Advises NorthC on Acquisition and Financing of Six Data Centers in Germany and the Netherlands
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised NorthC Group (NorthC), a leading European data center provider, on its strategic acquisition and financing of six data centers in Germany and the Netherlands from Colt Technology Services. The acquisition, which includes facilities in key metropolitan regions such as Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, and Amsterdam, strengthens NorthC’s position in the Benelux and DACH regions. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
