Latham Advises BC Partners on Sale of Forno D’Asolo Group to Investindustrial

Latham & Watkins has advised BC Partners on the sale of Forno D’Asolo Group — a leading Italian manufacturer and distributor of high quality frozen pastry and dessert products — to Investindustrial and the Bagnoli family, who founded Sammontana, the first Italian gelato company.

The combination of Sammontana, owned by the Bagnoli family, with FdA Group (Forno D’Asolo) results in an international group and leader in the frozen pastry sector, with almost €1 billion in revenues and over 2,500 employees.
