Latham & Watkins Advises Blackstone and Blue Owl in Cross-Border Growth Financing for TravelPerk

TravelPerk, the hyper-growth global business travel management platform, announced it has raised a new credit facility of up to US$135 million led by Blackstone Credit & Insurance and Blue Owl Credit, two leading global alternative asset managers.
