Latham Advises Carlyle and Farmfront on the Acquisition of Irrimec and RKD
Latham & Watkins has advised Farmfront Group, controlled by Carlyle investment funds, on the acquisition of two additional groups active in the production of advanced irrigation systems for the agricultural sector. RKD and Irrimec Group will combine with Ocmis, together operating as a leading global platform of irrigation providers, with the scale and expertise to adapt to different farming realities.
