Latham Advises DTCP on Acquisition of Majority Shareholding in maincubes
Latham & Watkins has advised Digital Transformation Capital Partners (DTCP) on an additional investment in maincubes and on becoming the majority shareholder in maincubes, a leading Frankfurt-based data center operator. DTCP will continue to support maincubes' growth strategy in its new capacity as majority shareholder, alongside Art-Invest, which remains a minority shareholder of the company.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt partner Alexander Stefan Rieger and Düsseldorf partner Tobias Larisch, with Frankfurt partner Susanne Decker, associate Joscha Müller, and Düsseldorf associates Jakob Baldes and Alexander Pfeifer. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Hamburg partner Tobias Klass.
