Latham & Watkins Advises H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies in Business Combination With RMG Acquisition Corporation III

A cross-border team represents the developer and operator of green hydrogen production systems in de-SPAC transaction to become a publicly traded company.

H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies, Inc. (H2B2), a global green hydrogen platform that provides bespoke integrated solutions across the hydrogen value chain, and RMG Acquisition Corp. III (Nasdaq: RMGC) (RMG III), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to take H2B2 public via a business combination.
