Latham & Watkins Advises Hg on Sale of Transporeon
Transaction represents one of Germany's largest private equity deals in the second half of 2022 with a value of €1.88 billion.
Latham & Watkins has advised Hg, a leading software and services investor on the sale of Transporeon, a leading cloud-based transportation management software platform, to Trimble in a transaction valuing the business at an enterprise value of €1.88 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals.
Latham regularly advises Hg on key transactions, including most recently on the sale of MEDIFOX DAN to ResMed.
