Latham & Watkins Advises Mainova and Dussmann on Sale of Chargemaker GmbH
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Mainova AG and the Dussmann Group on the sale of all shares in Chargemaker GmbH to ista SE. Chargemaker was established in 2020 as a joint venture between Mainova and the Dussmann Group to offer integrated charging solutions to business customers. With approximately 2,000 charging stations, the company has become a leading provider for businesses and commercial properties in Germany. The buyer will drive forward the existing scaling strategy with further investments, further expanding ista's charging infrastructure offering.
