Latham Advises Morgan Stanley Tactical Value, a Leading Private Capital Investor, in a Late Stage Convertible Investment in Cloud Unicorn Netskope
Netskope, a leader in cloud computing security and networking, has announced an oversubscribed late stage convertible investment round of US$401 million. The financing was led by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Tactical Value, a leading private capital debt and equity investor, with participation from other premier investment firms including Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and CPP Investments. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC served as sole placement agent and J Wood Capital Advisors LLC acted as financial advisor to Netskope.
