Latham Advises on H2O Midstream Acquisition by Delek Logistics

Delek Logistics has announced the acquisition of H2O Midstream for US$230 million from EIV Capital. It increases Delek Logistics' capabilities to continue to provide full suite of services to Delek Logistics' Permian customers.
