Latham team represents private equity firm on acquisition of leading manufacturer of crisps and snacks.
Latham & Watkins has advised private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners, LLC on entering into an exclusive agreement relating to the planned acquisition of Europe Snacks, a leading private label manufacturer of savory snacks for the European market, alongside reinvesting management.
The transaction remains subject to consultation with the relevant employee representative bodies and regulatory approvals.
The Latham team was led by partners Gaëtan Gianasso and Simon Lange, with associates Pauline Le Faou, Rim Benzakour, Kenza Driss, and Floriane Ying.
