Simon Lange is a partner in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Lange specializes in mergers & acquisitions and private equity, with particular expertise in LBOs and venture capital transactions in a full spectrum of industries. He also has particular expertise in strategic joint ventures, on behalf of listed and unlisted companies. In his role, Mr. Lange advises leading private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, financial investors, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital firms, and industrial companies.
