Latham Advises TA Associates on Acquisition of Harvest With Montagu Private Equity

Latham & Watkins has advised TA Associates on the joint acquisition, alongside Montagu Private Equity, to become co-controlling shareholders of Harvest, a leading fintech in France for software dedicated to the wealth and finance professions, alongside reinvesting managers.

Through this acquisition, the new partnership will support Harvest's ambitious strategic plan, with a focus on further international development.

The Latham team was led from Paris by corporate partner Gaëtan Gianasso, with associates David Chatteleyn, Michael Colle, Claudia Reix, and Emma Dalle Nogare.
