Latham Advises Tom Brady on E1 Series Electric Raceboat Competition

Team Brady won the inaugural UIM E1 World Championship race in Jeddah — the all-new electric raceboat competition — bringing Tom Brady’s ambition, leadership, and ability to perform under pressure to this new sport on the water. On February 3, 2024, the final day of the UIM E1 World Championship in Jeddah concluded with a convincing win by Team Brady, after two days of tense competition in front of thousands of fans on the Red Sea. Brady’s team ownership was announced July 2023.

Latham & Watkins advised Tom Brady in the transaction, with an entertainment, sports, and media team led by Century City partner Jonathan West and London partner Patrick Mitchell, with Century City associate Omeed Anvar, and London associates Stewart Robinson and Alastair Mackichan.
