Patrick Mitchell is a partner in Latham’s London office and a member of the Entertainment, Sports & Media Industry Group.

He works exclusively in the sports and entertainment space, advising a wide variety of corporates, investors, financiers, sports governing bodies, broadcasters, and other media companies on their premium commercial transactions and regulatory issues.

Patrick advises on sophisticated sponsorship and media rights arrangements, the launch and expansion of media and digital services, sports technology, and all other areas involved in establishing, commercialising, and investing in leagues, teams, and events.
