• Melanie von Staa Toledo is an associate in the Houston office. She is a member of the Corporate Department as well as the M&A and Private Equity Practice. Melanie advises a variety of clients, including private equity funds and public and private companies in a range of strategic corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, equity issuances, and restructurings, including on transactions in Latin America.
• Francisco Lanusse is an associate in the New York office. He is a member of the Corporate Department as well as the M&A and Private Equity and the Latin America Practices. Francisco advises companies and private equity firms on cross border acquisitions, divestures, and corporate matters in industries such as energy and infrastructure and telecommunications.
