- Melanie von Staa Toledo is an associate in the Houston office. She is a member of the Corporate Department as well as the M&A and Private Equity Practice. Melanie advises a variety of clients, including private equity funds and public and private companies in a range of strategic corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, equity issuances, and restructurings, including on transactions in Latin America.
- Francisco Lanusse is an associate in the New York office. He is a member of the Corporate Department as well as the M&A and Private Equity and the Latin America Practices.
