Latham Represents 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. III in Merger With Sparks Energy, Inc.
Sparks Energy, Inc., a leading provider of power infrastructure restoration and services to utilities across the United States, and 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. III (NYSE: VCXB), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), announced that they have entered into a merger agreement for a business combination that would result in the combined entity being a publicly listed holding company with Sparks as its wholly-owned subsidiary. Following the close of the transaction, the resulting holding company expects to be listed on NYSE under the ticker “SPKS”.
