10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. II (10X II)(NASDAQ:VCXA), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company sponsored by 10X Capital, announced today that it has completed its previously announced merger with African Agriculture, Inc., a global food security company operating a commercial-scale alfalfa farm on the African continent that is now listed for trading on the Nasdaq. African Agriculture is the first pure-play US-listed agriculture company operating in Africa.
