Latham & Watkins Advises Ares Management in Its Sale of Potomac Energy Center to Blackstone
Blackstone (NYSE: BX) has announced that Blackstone Energy Transition Partners agreed to acquire Potomac Energy Center, a 774-megawatt natural gas power plant in Loudoun County, Virginia, from Ares Management (Ares).
