Latham & Watkins Advises Bregal Unternehmerkapital on Investment in BSI Software
Latham & Watkins LLP advised funds managed by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU) on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Baden-based company BSI Software AG (BSI). BSI is a leading provider of software solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience (CX) in its focus industries. As part of BU's investment, Capvis Equity V LP, a fund advised by the Swiss firm Capvis AG, sold its shares after a successful four-year partnership with BSI. The BSI management team remains invested and will continue its successful collaboration with BU. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction. The completion of the transaction is still subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.
