Latham & Watkins Advises Enagás in US$1.1 Billion Sale of Tallgrass Energy Stake to Blackstone Infrastructure Partners
Enagás, an international leader in the development, operation, and maintenance of energy infrastructure, announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its 30.2% interest in Tallgrass Energy to Blackstone Infrastructure Partners for US$1.1 billion. The transaction is expected to close at the end of July.
