Latham & Watkins Advises EssilorLuxottica in US$1.5 Billion Acquisition of Supreme® Brand From VF Corporation
EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the optical industry, and VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear, and accessories, announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for EssilorLuxottica to acquire the Supreme® brand from VF for US$1.5 billion in cash. The transaction is expected to close by the end of CY2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
