Latham & Watkins Advises HIF Global on Investment by MOL

HIF Global, the world’s leading e-Fuels company, has announced an investment from Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, LTD. (MOL), the international shipping company, to finance the expansion of its e-Fuels projects in Chile, Uruguay, US, and Australia.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents HIF Global in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Tony Del Pino and Houston partner Lauren Anderson, with associates Ashley Nguyen and Justin Reinking.
