Latham & Watkins Advises Kelvion Group on Issuance of €475 Million Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes
Latham & Watkins has advised Kelvion Group on the issuance of senior secured floating rate notes due 2029 under New York law with a principal amount of €475 million. The notes will be listed on the International Stock Exchange.
The transaction also comprised a super senior revolving credit facility with a volume of €235 million. The proceeds from the offering of the new notes will be used to refinance Kelvion Group’s outstanding notes due 2025.
