Latham & Watkins Advises Marubeni America Corporation in Its Joint Venture With Ozona CCS LLC

Ozona CCS LLC, a carbon capture and sequestration company, and Marubeni America Corporation (Marubeni), have announced an agreement forming a joint venture between an affiliate of Marubeni and Ozona CCS LLC to develop and operate a carbon capture and sequestration project in the Eagleford.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Marubeni in the transaction with a deal team led by New York partner JP Brisson, Houston/New York partner Justin T.
