TensorWave, an AI GPU cloud platform, has announced the closing of a US$43 million funding round. The round was led by Nexus VP, and includes Maverick Capital, Translink Capital, Javelin Venture Partners, StartupNV, and AMD Ventures.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Maverick Capital in the transaction with growth team led by partners John Miller and Haim Zaltzman, with associates Andrew Rondeau, Erik Thompson, and Gen Bates. Advice was also provided on intellectual property matters by partner Steven Feldman.
