Latham & Watkins Advises Moss Lake Partners in Convertible Security Placement and Preferred Equity Offering

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Moss Lake Partners LP (Moss Lake), an energy infrastructure company focused on midstream logistics, in the structuring, private placement, and closing of the remaining authorized capacity of its convertible security and preferred equity units to finance the development of its strategic asset projects including DeLa Express and Hackberry NGL. Moss Lake’s development projects are aimed at linking US natural gas and liquids supply with high-demand consumer markets, while seeking to ensure maximum value, optionality, and flexibility to its proposed strategic partners and commodity customers.
