Latham & Watkins Advises on Allied Universal’s US$550 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

Cross-border team represents the initial purchasers in the offering by the security and facility services provider.

On August 8, 2024, Allied Universal Holdco LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Allied Universal Finance Corporation, a Delaware corporation, closed an offering of US$550 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2031.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partners Peter Labonski and Keith Halverstam, with associates Paul Lau, James Sullivan, Alexandra Gulino, and Tess Winston.
