Latham & Watkins Advises on Constellium's €300 Million and US$350 Million Senior Notes Offering

On August 8, 2024, Constellium SE (NYSE: CSTM), a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and recycling of aluminium products and solutions, closed a private offering of €300 million of euro denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032 and US$350 million of US dollar denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a cross-border capital markets team led by New York partners Keith Halverstam and Benjamin Stern and New York counsel Gemma Mootoo Rajah, with associates Jie Lin Nai and Megan Higgins, and Paris partner Thomas Margenet-Baudry and Paris counsel Michael Ettannani. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim, with associate Nicholas Sun.
