Latham & Watkins Advises on Solaris Energy Infrastructure’s Public Offering
Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of US$24.75 per share, for total net proceeds of approximately US$156 million. In connection with the offering, Yorktown Energy Partners X, L.P., a selling stockholder of the company, has granted the underwriters the option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of Class A common stock on the same terms and conditions within 30 days. The offering is expected to close on December 11, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
