Latham & Watkins Advises on US$2.3 Billion Refinancing for Osaic

Banking team represents the lead arrangers in the refinancing for one of the largest providers of wealth management.

Latham & Watkins represented the lead arrangers in a repricing of Osaic’s US$2.3 billion term loan facility. Osaic is one of the largest providers of wealth management.
