Latham & Watkins Advises Partners Group on Acquisition of Cloudflight

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Cloudflight, a leading digital transformation services provider in Europe, from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. The transaction values Cloudflight at an enterprise value of just under EUR 400 million. The transaction is subject to the usual regulatory approvals.

Frankfurt corporate partners Sebastian Pauls and Susanne Decker led the team that represented Partners Group in the transaction with Munich corporate partner Burc Hesse, and associates Julia Schöfer, Philipp Gärtner, Jeremias Bura, and Maximilian Kuchernig. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Munich partner Stefan Suess; on real estate matters by Frankfurt partner Otto von Gruben; on corporate/IP matters by Frankfurt partner Susan Kempe-Müller with associate Daniela Jaeger; on regulatory matters by Frankfurt counsel Joachim Grittmann; on data privacy matters by Frankfurt associate Clemens Ganz; on employment matters by Munich associates Kristina Hufnagel and Martina Hölzer as well as on compliance matters by Hamburg counsel Stefan Bartz.
