Plantible Foods, a technology company unlocking the power of plants to promote the health and longevity of people and the planet, has announced the closing of a US$30 million Series B funding round. The round was co-led by Piva Capital and Siddhi Capital, with participation from new investors Betagro Ventures, Cultivate Next (the venture arm of Chipotle Mexican Grill), Nourish Ventures (the venture arm of Griffith Foods), and existing investor Astanor Ventures.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Plantible Foods in the transaction with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by New York partner Eli Curi, with associates Galina Vujovic and Tess Winston.
