Latham & Watkins Advises SPIE on Acquisition of ROBUR Industry Service Group
Latham & Watkins has advised SPIE, an independent European leader in multi-technical services in energy and communications, on the acquisition of ROBUR Industry Service Group GmbH. The industrial services group has 2,600 employees and offers a wide range of services across the full value chain (engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance) for industrial transformation and processes (notably automation, robotics, electrification) to a diversified customer portfolio. SPIE expects to complete the transaction in Q1 2024, subject to customary closing conditions including antitrust approval.
