Latham & Watkins Advises Tamboran Resources in Its US Initial Public Offering
Tamboran Resources Corporation (Tamboran or the Company), an Australia-based natural gas production company, announced the pricing of its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange of 3,125,000 shares of Common Stock at a price to the public of US$24.00 per share, raising gross proceeds of US$75 million to fund the ongoing drilling activities in the Beetaloo Basin.
