Latham & Watkins Advises the Underwriters in Renewable Energy Group’s Upsized Offering of Common Stock

A corporate deal team represents the underwriters in the renewable energy company’s offering.
Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: REGI) has announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of US$67 per share. The size of the offering was upsized from 4.5 million shares to 5 million shares.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Greg Rodgers and Houston partners David Miller and Trevor Lavelle, with associates Madeleine Neet, Kate Wang, Sarah Dunn, and Trevor Bossi.
