Latham & Watkins Advises VideoAmp in Equity Investment From Vista Credit Partners

Latham & Watkins LLP advised VideoAmp, Inc. (VideoAmp), a leading media-focused software company, in an equity investment from Vista Credit Partners, the standalone private capital arm of leading tech investor Vista Equity Partners, for up to US$150 million of VideoAmp’s Series G preferred stock. The investment is one of the largest private capital facilities being structured in this market.

VideoAmp was represented by a transactional team led by partners Haim Zaltzman and Alex Voxman, with associates Benjamin Gelfand, Hyunji Lee, and Karysa Norris.
