Latham Advises Bregal Unternehmerkapital on Strategic Partnership With Billbee
Latham & Watkins has advised Bregal Unternehmerkapital on the acquisition of a majority stake in the cloud-based e-commerce software provider Billbee, as well as on the re-investment of the sellers and management. The company is a leading provider of multichannel e-commerce software SaaS solutions for small e-commerce retailers in the DACH region.
Latham regularly advises Bregal on key transactions, most recently on the sale of EA Elektro-Automatik Holding GmbH.
