Firm represents the global alternative asset manager in the financing for the beauty and personal care products company.
In June 2024, Apollo served as Administrative Agent on a US$645 million first lien term loan to PDC Brands. PDC Brands develops, markets, and sells beauty and personal care products through three main categories: wellness, personal care, and fragrance.
