Latham & Watkins Represents VistaJet Malta Finance P.L.C. in US$500 Million Senior Notes Offering

VistaJet Malta Finance P.L.C., a public limited liability company organized under Maltese law and XO Management Holding, Inc., a corporation organized in the State of Delaware, closed on April 27, 2022 an offering of US$500 million of 7.785% senior notes due 2027.
