Two Partners Honored as Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys
The Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) has named litigation partners and Co-Chairs of the Los Angeles and Century City Litigation & Trial Department, Joshua Hamilton and Amy Quartarolo, as 2024 Leaders of Influence: Litigators and Trial Attorneys. The award honors “trusted advisors you want in your corner,” lawyers who “go to the proverbial mat to fight for their clients before judges and jury," as highlighted in their published profiles.
Hamilton was cited for his invaluable experience as a first-chair trial lawyer representing clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as financial institutions, investment firms, and partnerships in their highest-stakes complex commercial litigation matters, including securities and corporate governance, class action, and entertainment, sports, and media disputes.
Quartarolo was honored for her premier bankruptcy litigation and creditors' rights practice in which she represents both debtors and creditors in a wide range of bankruptcy-related and complex commercial litigation. She was recognized for a recent victory on behalf of 14 former directors and officers of GCX Limited and its affiliates, securing dismissal of a case with more than US$150 million in damages at stake.
