Two Partners Named Private Equity Rising Stars by Law.com International

Law.com International has named Paris private equity partner Simon Lange and London private equity partner Maarten Overmars to its list of Private Equity Rising Stars: The Best Up-and-Coming Lawyers in the UK and Europe.

Simon Lange was commended for his expertise in managing high-stakes deals, including advising Goldman Sachs Alternatives on acquiring a majority stake in the Crystal Group, as well as his impressive client list, including Ardian and Bridgepoint. Maarten Overmars was praised for his role on advising on LGP’s investment in IRIS, one of Europe’s largest software buyouts in 2023, alongside his valuable work on clients such as Astorg and Platinum Equity.
