Alexander M. Wagner is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins. He practices in the Litigation & Trial Department and is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration Practices.

Alexander advises and represents clients in litigation before German courts, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings. His practice includes complex corporate and securities litigation, insolvency disputes, and data privacy litigation. He also advises on cartel damages claims.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Alexander worked as a research assistant and law clerk in a well-known German law firm’s Dispute Resolution practice in Frankfurt, and as a foreign associate in the Arbitration Group of an international law firm in Amsterdam. He pursues a PhD in arbitration law.

Alexander is a member of DIS and DIS40.
