Alice Brunning is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.
Alice advises clients on international privacy and data protection issues, guiding them on compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and global privacy regulations.
Alice works with clients across a broad range of sectors including technology and life sciences. Alice also has experience advising clients on privacy and security issues in connection with corporate transactions, data breaches, and complex data subject access requests.
Alice spent four months on secondment to Salesforce, where she worked with the EMEA privacy team. Prior to joining Latham, Alice practiced at a leading US firm and a technology boutique law firm.
