Alice Noguier is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice. Alice advises clients on EU and French competition and regulatory law.

Alice represents international companies before the European Commission (EC) and the French Competition Authority (FCA) in merger control proceedings, abuse of dominance investigations, and State aid. She coordinates multijurisdictional merger filings for global transactions.

Prior to joining the team, Alice worked as a law clerk and an associate in international law firms. Alice holds a PhD in law and has been teaching competition law at Lund University (Sweden).
