Dr. Andreas Holzgreve is an associate in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins.

Andreas advises corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

Prior to joining Latham, he completed his legal training in another international law firm and in the legal department of a large international company in Munich.
