Angel focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance. She has in-depth knowledge and experience over a variety of debt capital structures, including:

First lien / second lien financings
High yield bond transactions (including bridge to bond and super senior revolving facilities)
Bridge facilities
Unitranche financings
Holdco / PIK facilities
